Questions buyers ask

Who can buy?

Trade buyers: registered businesses and sole traders who resell. Opening an account is free.

Is every lot manifested?

Yes. Each lot page lists every line — product, size, grade, quantity, unit reference price — and the manifest downloads as a CSV.

Can I buy part of a lot?

No. A lot is priced as a set and taken whole. If a lot is close but not right, contact the desk and we will build one for you.

What grades do you sell?

Mostly grade A: new, boxed stock. Where a lot includes B-grade or ex-display goods, the grade is shown on every affected line.

How do I pay?

Bank transfer against the proforma we issue when you accept a lot. We do not take card payments for lots.

Do you deliver?

Yes, by pallet courier across the UK, quoted on the proforma. You can also collect from our London warehouse by appointment.
